We on collect personal information on Alexander for the sole purpose of providing you access and giving you the ability to use Alexander. Our website is our marketing tool about Alexander and we only collect information from you to improve your experience when accessing our website and Alexander. This includes collecting unique mobile device ID, telephone number and/or the internet protocol (IP) address online identifiers, which are numbers that can uniquely identify a specific computer or other network device on the internet. This information is linked to a cookie ID on the website but not for Alexander, which we receive and process. We also collect information about you, including usage information if you make use of any of the interactive features within our website or in Alexander that rely on a personalised response, or where you ask us to respond to a query you have, or add your details to one of our alert or subscription services. We do not actively seek to collect information about children aged 13 or under. We do not collect your payment information, this is all facilitated through your subscription with the platform from who your subscribed to Alexander, for example if you downloaded Alexander from the Apple App store, Apple collects your personal information and payment information and Apple’s terms and conditions and privacy policy in relation to that payment are governed by Apples’ Terms of Use, Privacy and Cookie policies which are located here https://www.apple.com/uk/legal/internet-services/itunes/uk/terms.html.
